- Parcel opening video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

3.Note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted if:
A lens protector or phone skin is already attached to the device (as covers—especially soft silicone cases—may not fit properly).
There is a color difference from the product images. All case designs are printed, and slight color variations are normal due to screen display differences and mock-up previews.
The order has already moved into production (in such cases, cancellation is not possible).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. Always contact our support team first.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and issue details. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Refund Policy
Since all products at thecasefactoryindia.com are custom-made as per your preferences, we do not offer refunds.
Please Note:
- Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and order processing fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not possible under any circumstances once your order has entered the production stage.
Exchange Policy
We will replace items only if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly delivered
To process an exchange:
- Share the parcel opening video and a video clearly showing the fitting issue.
